After the 60-minute call you receive a written proposal with 2–3 practical examples where you can save the most time, the plan we recommend and the estimated ROI in hours and CHF. Then you decide. No pressure, no commitment.
How do you choose which tool to use for my business?
During the audit we analyse what you already use, your budget and your specific needs. We are not tied to a single provider — we evaluate Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other models on the market. We choose the tool most suited to you.
ADVISORY: when does it make more sense than starting with LAUNCH?
ADVISORY makes sense when you want to understand without committing — a specific question, a demo on a precise process, a review of something you are already using. Or when you already have an AI tool in the business but are not using it well. It is also the most economical way to evaluate Dedalix before investing in a full project.
Can I start with LAUNCH and then move to SCALE?

ENGINEERED vs SCALE: how do I choose?

Does my team need to learn new software to use the automations?
No. Dedalix automations integrate into the tools the team already uses every day — Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, SharePoint, standard management systems. We install nothing new to learn: the tool appears where the team already works, with a custom operations manual included.
Is my business data and my clients' data safe?
The tools we use — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini — all have business configurations that do not use your data to train models. During the audit we also evaluate this: we choose the configuration most suited to the confidentiality of your data and your clients'.
Do you work only in Ticino or across Switzerland?
We are based in Ticino but work with SMBs across Switzerland. The audit takes place remotely, nothing changes for you. If you are in Ticino and prefer an in-person meeting, we can arrange it.
Does Dedalix use the same tools it proposes to clients?
Yes. Dedalix manages its own operations with the same AI tools it installs for clients — from email management to document drafting, from process analysis to internal reporting. All configured to our specific needs, exactly as we do for every client.
